The web pages of our site may not display correctly due to the fact that they have been changed, and your browser continues to use outdated data from the cache.

In such cases, it is necessary to clear the cache and cookies in order for all the functionality of our service to work fully and accurately.

Payment card verification is an additional security measure. It allows you to make sure that you are the holder of the card from which the funds are transferred.
For successful verification, a number of conditions must be met:

  • photo must be in PNG / JPEG / JPG format and not exceed 10 MB;
  • a photo of the card should be in the background of our website, where the number of your application is visible;
  • card details must be clearly visible;
  • be sure to cover the CVC code.

The exchange rate becomes fixed for 15 minutes when you create the order. If you proceed to payment, the rate is fixed for 15 more minutes. Without your action, your order will be automatically canceled after the specified time has elapsed.

Our service does not imply any additional commissions. You exchange at the specified rate and immediately see the amount that you receive when making an exchange.

The exchange requests are carried out strictly by fulfilling properly placed orders on the payterium.com website. Orders are not accepted via chat, email, social networks or messengers. The service is not responsible for orders placed outside of payterium.com

After you have placed the order, its status will be updated in real time, and a letter with the current status will be sent to your e-mail. You can always contact us by mail.

In order for the exchange to be completed successfully, please make sure that you have done everything correctly:
1. Check if funds have been debited from your account. If we do not find that funds have been credited from you, the application will be deleted.
2. If you do not pay within 15 minutes of placing an order, your application will automatically fall into the canceled category.
3. Check your details for the transfer (wallet or card). If you made a mistake, and the data is incorrect, your application will receive the “Error” status, after which you will receive an email indicating the reason. In the event that funds for your application were sent to the wrong account details, a refund is not possible. We recommend that you carefully check the correctness of the data you provide.
4. If your reasons are not listed above, then you can write to us at info@payterium.com. We will do our best to help you.

You are given 15 minutes to pay for your order. If for some reason you did not have time to pay for the order at the specified time, then it will be canceled automatically. You should refresh the page and place a new order again.

Orders are processed within 30-60 minutes from the moment the funds are received from you. The processing speed directly depends on the correct details in your order.

If you have entered incorrect details, then you should immediately contact our technical support on our website or write to info@payterium.com.
If we did not manage to send the funds, then your order will go to the “Invalid” one. We will correct the details in your order and process it.
If the funds have been sent, then the only thing we can do is inform the details of where your funds went.

It will not be possible to give an unambiguous answer to this question. The time required to confirm a transaction cannot be predicted, since the duration of the process depends on miners, network congestion and the number of unprocessed operations. On average, the confirmation process can take from twenty minutes to several days.

Usually, when receiving Bitcoin, the new owner cannot immediately dispose of them. Once a transaction is made, it is sent to the Bitcoin network for execution and must be included in a block to become legitimate. The process of including a transaction in a found block is called a transaction confirmation.

In that case, you need to contact us via email. After providing the application number and a screenshot of the payment, we will restore your order and wait for the funds to be credited. However, if the funds arrive later than 8 hours after the creation of the application, then the recalculation will be performed at the current exchange rate.
